Tender support package

This package is designed to help Red Square clients who do not want to take advantage of Red Square’s Project management and build services. If you would like further information about Red Square’s Project management and build service, please click here.

Red Square ’s tender support package has been developed for clients wanting to use their own suppliers. Please note Red Square do not offer a project management or build service in these circumstances, but can put together a tender support package, for an additional fee, to help brief their own suppliers. This comprises:

• Preparation of drawings and information - copies distributed to client and main contractors
• Supply of drawing packages to specialist suppliers - we send relevant drawings and design detailing to specialist suppliers such as joinery, staircase, flooring.
